EXPERIENCE

Before joining the team and the private practice, Mr. Amendjian acted for more than 10 years as Director of Legal Affairs and in-house Legal Counsel for a software engineering firm recognized worldwide.

Over the years, Mr. Amendjian has been able to assist our clients at every stage of their development, both here and abroad. Mr. Amendjian has extensive expertise and know-how in commercial law, labour law, and intellectual property. He is particularly active in the acquisition reorganization and transfer of businesses as well as the negotiation and drafting of various agreements.

His diverse clientele includes companies of all sizes. His training allows him to define the issues of commercial and transactional matters. He has led or participated in a large number of transaction files spanning various sectors, such as information technology and real estate development.
