Our approach takes into account the economic imperatives of each fileand the objectives sought by our clients.  We recognize the importance of controlling the costs associated with litigation, and we achieve this through efficiency and innovation. We therefore offer solutions adapted to the specific situations of each mandate.  We act on behalf of our clients at the dispute prevention level as well as in the context of conflict or legal proceedings. When appropriate, we favor an alternative dispute resolution approach at the preliminary stage of a case and thereafter at every stage of the proceedings.

We represent our clients and their insured, notably in the areas of construction, product liability as well as civil and commercial liability. We act, for both plaintiffs and defendants in complex litigations involving multiple parties,. We work closely with expert witnesses from our network to assess the alleged liability of our clients and/or opposing parties.  

In addition to acting in defense of the rights of insurance carriers and their respective insured, we analyze insurance policies, draft legal opinions on the scope of coverage and assist our clients in the drafting of reservation of rights letters.

We also act in in the context of subrogatory recourses to recover the amounts paid by our clients as a result of claims settlements arising from occurrences where insurance carriers  are subrogated in the rights of their insured.
