Julien Denis
Julien Denis mainly assists and advises a business clientele made up of insurers and companies particularly in the construction and technology industry.
EXPERIENCE
Mr. Denis is a partner of the firm which he founded with two other Colleagues. After having gained experience working in a boutique law firm in Montreal. He practices mainly in civil and commercial litigation, including the drafting of legal opinions, the preparation of various procedures and the representation of clients before civil courts.
His work has been focused mainly in the fields of insurance and construction law, as well as manufacturers liability. He represents several Canadian and international insurance companies in defense of their interests. With respect to construction law, Mr. Denis represents promoters, general contractors and subcontractors in connection with construction sites and projects of various sizes.
He also practices transactional and corporate law in which he offers personalized services to his clients with respect to the implementation of commercial transactions, both in terms of structuring and negotiating as well as drafting various business agreements. He thus advises companies in the context of acquisitions in the Province of Québec, but also in cross-border transactions involving private corporations.
Understanding the client’s case, in the perspective of legal issues and resulting stakes, is essential for Mr. Denis. As such, he keeps his clients informed of the progress of their file on an ongoing basis and is available to respond to their specific needs and questions throughout the course of his mandate
