Marie-Eve Thériault

Mtre Thériault holds a bachelor’s degree in law and a doctorate in clinical and biomedical sciences from Université Laval.

Mtre Thériault completed her professional training at the École du Barreau in 2018, before articling with a litigation department in a major city in the province of Quebec. Mtre Thériault then joined a law firm on Montreal’s South Shore.

Since her admission to the Quebec Bar, Mtre Thériault has practised in both civil and commercial litigation, representing a diverse clientele before common law and administrative tribunals.

At LDB Attorneys, Mtre Thériault is able to take charge of all phases of a civil and/or commercial litigation file, from the initial meeting with clients, to the drafting of procedures and representation before the courts.
